Each support is detachable so you can choose to use either or both depending on your style of shooting. Shoulder Rest helps you stabilize smaller hand held cameras by adding points of contact to your shoulder and upper chest. It comes with two support pieces that are detachable, interchangeable and can be custom formed to fit your body's shape. Lightweight, durable and extremely versatile

It consists of a base plate and two different shaped support pieces, one designed to rest on the front of your chest and the other designed to rest on your shoulder.
