All Tradeweeks timeshare stock has been surrendered by the original owners and we possess the signed certificates, which will be posted by registered post to the highest bidder upon receipt of payment.

All the winning bidder needs to do is complete the relevant transfer documents by entering their own details and posting, along with the transfer fee, directly to the Management Company of the resort for issuance of a new certificate.

All transactions are guaranteed by Tradeweeks and if not completely satisfied the bid will be fully refunded upon return of the original certificate.

All management fees will be paid and up to date at the time of transfer.

The buyer only pays the final bid price to Trade Weeks and the transfer fee to the Management Company of the resort.
