Brand new, good quality gearknob that cuts a thread the first time you fit it. Gearsticks with slightly thicker threads may require the insert hole to be slightly enlarged with a battery or hand drill before fitment. However it will screw straight on to most gearsticks with a standard 5/16" thread.
