In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned please either email or call us for a returns number.  

Please note that all orders have to to checked on delivery, if there are any visible signs of damage this must be noted by you and the delivery driver, and advised to us immediately. This may mean unpacking the goods before the driver leaves.  No claim can be accepted for deliveries that have not been checked and signed for as in good condition, or for deliveries that are signed for as unchecked.

If you do not have a confirmed paypal account or low feedback we may ask for additional proof of I.D. and delivery address. This is usually in the form of a fax or scanned copy of an authentic document with your address on. For example, driver licence, utility bill etc.  

Why do we ask for this?
