1. We must be advised by phone or email of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (sales@annrees.co.uk - 07774 626677). 
2. Please send the item back to us in its original packaging and condition to the following address:

3. Upon receipt of the item we will check the fault, and all genuinely faulty goods will be either replaced or money refunded.
4. If we have made an error with the order those items will be replaced or money refunded.
5. We regret that we are not obliged to replace or refund an item where the error is found to be either the fault of the customer or a third party. Please make sure that you check all measurements (where required) and additional information you need to supply as you pass through checkout.
