A substantial Victorian deep buttoned back chesterfield settee, the settee is a very stylish and wonderful example with a length of almost eight foot, with the inverted scrolled arm supports, low styling, serpentine seating and boasting four ornately oak turned supports…successfully stands a fine example, the heavy duty dusty green fabric is in splendid condition throughout with no unsightly marks, I believe the upholstery within to be traditionally overstuffed, this remains both supportive and comfortable to sit at, you will find the sofa with a very pleasing weight reflecting the period framing within, the four ornately turned supports are capped with brass castors seated in embellishers, the two back brass castors have replaced the existing, the chesterfield sofa offering the framing and upholstery unique to period furniture will continue to provide comfort for many years to come.

The overall dimensions are 95 inches in length, 40 inches in depth and 25 inches in height.
