As this is a graded item there is a chance the item may have some slight cosmetic marks such as scratches etc. Most items are in as new condition. We cannot be specific about whether and item has any cosmetic damage or not as we have hundreds of items in stock and it would not be practical to be specific.

Collection

Collection is posible from our office at the address below. Collection is by appointment only. Do not just turn up as we will not be available to serve you. Call us on 01332 871777 to arrange collection appointment. Evenings and weekends are posible but you will need to call to check. The address below is my father's public house where our offices are situated. The stock is not stored at this address and is stored in a secure location elsewhere, hence the need to book an appointment. You are welcome to call in for a pint! but we need to know you are coming for collections so we can have the stock and someone there ready to serve you.

Postage

Please note our postage may seem high but we only send items via fully tracked and insured services to ensure no one ends up out of pocket. We feel the higher price is worth it for the speed of delivery and piece of mind in knowing we are both covered should it go missing.

All stereo's are sent via our courier DPD on their next working day service which is a 8 till 5 service. Goods are only despatched on working days for delivery the following working day. All orders recieved by 3PM on a working day are sent that day otherwise they will be sent the following working day. If you are not in when they deliver they will leave you a calling card. You need to call them to re-arrange delivery. They will re-deliver free of charge. In order for them to keep delivery prices down please try to be home on the first delivery attempt. You will also be emailed a tracking number from them to your ebay email address so you can track online and re-arrange delivery online.

Above delivery price is for UK Mainland only. If you are offshore including Northern Ireland then it is a 2 day service costing £15. This includes all islands. This is a price set by my courier not me. Failure to pay the extra will result in us not shipping the item. We will not absorb the extra cost for shipping to these areas. We are making no money on the delivery prices listed. 

Delivery is also posible to Republic of Ireland for £18 on a 2 day service.

We do not ship outside of the UK or the Replubic of Ireland and so do not email asking for a price.

Please note that we do not wrap the parcels. They are sent in the original box only. This is to keep costs down but also less items are delivered damaged when the courier can see they are handling delicate electrical equipment.

Please note our shipping prices include the shipping cost plus a small amount to cover handling time/fuel costs. We do not make a profit on delivery charges. We keep them as low as we can but please remember you are paying for a next day delivery including tracking and insurance. Our prices are cheaper than post office prices for equivalent service so please bear this in mind when leaving feedback and ratings.

Warranty

All phone's come with 6 months warranty. Under the first 14 days should the phones develop a fault we will send our couriers to exchange the item at our cost. Outside of the first 14 days it is up to you to return the item to us at your cost. We will then repair/replace the item and ship it back to you at our cost. Please email us or call us regarding any warranty issues - do not just send the phones back to us. Some issues we can resolve by phone so it may save us both on postage for a simple call.

We can also repair phones out of warranty. We do not believe in selling extended warranties but instead offer a very good value for money repair service. Always email or call us first to see if we are able to repair the item before sending back. Even if you have not bought the phones from us and have a Philips one which requires repair give us a call as we may be able to help.

Payment

We accept Paypal, Postal Order, Personal cheque, Cash on Collection - do not send in the post! We can also take credit/debit card payments over the phone - just call us on 01332 871777. Please note if paying by card over the phone then the item must be sent to the address the card is registered to. Cheques and postal orders need to be made payable to GB Electricals and sent to the address above under collection section. Payment within 7 days please. A non-paying dispute will be opened on the 8th day if still no payment recieved. Items will be listed if no payment after 10 days and you will have lost the right to purchase the item. If you no longer want the item then email as soon as posible and we can cancel the transaction through ebay.

Emails/Phone calls

We are currently recieving a high volume of emails and so it takes a while for us to respond. Please allow us 2 working days before chasing. If you require a quicker response your best bet is to call us on 01332 871777. If no answer then try us later as we will either be on another call our out doing deliveries etc. or leave a an answerphone message with your name, number and query details and we will get back to you when we can. Office is not manned all day due to warehouse being elsewhere plus the need to go out for deliveries/post office/banking/visiting suppliers etc. so please bear this in mind when contacting either by email or phone..

Feedback

We always leave feedback upon cleared payment of the item. We would appreciate you leaving us a positive feedback as soon as you are happy with the item. If for any reason you are unhappy then email or call us first and give us the chance to resolve before leaving a negative. We are very reasonable and will always try our best to sort problems out.
