I accept return of goods if the desription is manifestly incorrect, such as where there is obvious damage when none described. I cannot accept returns where there is a simple difference of opinion regarding condition, unless it is backed up by an independant 3rd party such as an auction house expert. This being said I try very hard to describe items very accurately backed up by fine pictures. The best policy is always - if in doubt ASK!! |
