Stunning Hades Pluto Mythology Bronze Sculpture

A stunning sculpture of the Greek God of the Underworld Hades (Pluto, according to the Roman tradition).

The attention to detail is fantastic and the sculpture is extremely lifelike.

Hades ruled the underworld while his brothers Poseidon and Zeus ruled the seas and the heavens.

At his leg is the dreaded multi-headed dog Cerberus, who guards the entrance to the underworld and makes sure that no one ever returns.

Set on an attractive marble base and signed indistinctly.
