The product is returned to us within 30 days, in original condition and in original packaging. Used or assembled items or items removed from bespoke sealed packaging are not refundable. If the item is not resalable as new upon its return, no refund will be given.
Buyer pays for return shipping fee by insured courier.

Items purchased with cleared funds by 5.00pm on a working day will normally be dispatched withn the next 2-3 working days.
