* Acceptable Returns *    We are happy to exchange goods or refund payment for any item providing that it is returned in original packaging and in 'as new' condition so that we can resell the item.  When a faulty item has been used we reserve the right to first see it before agreeing to offer any refund, exchange, credit or repair.

* Personalised Items *   For personalised items like embroidered belts or Doboks etc we ask for the names, rank and other details in writing.  These items cannot be returned except when we have made a mistake with any of the details.

* Failed Delivery *    In the event that our agents are unable to deliver they will leave their details on a card with instructions on how to agree another delivery.  If the arranged second delivery fails our agents will hold the parcel for at least one week and then return it to us.  If this happens we will be subject to extra charges and we reserve the right to hold the goods until all of our additional costs are paid.

* Non-receipt of Goods *    We will send an e-mail when an item has been sent and we must be notified within seven days by telephone or email if the item has not been received. Failure to inform us in a timely manner may prevent us tracing the parcel and result in any subsequent claim being rejected.

* Shortages *    If a claim is to be made for a shortage of delivered goods then we must be notified by phone or email within 48 hours of the time that signature was made for the receipt of the items.

* Damaged Parcel *    When a parcel in this condition is received it MUST be signed for with the words 'DAMAGED' and if this is not done we cannot accept any subsequent claims for missing or damaged items.
