Customer Service is of upmost importance to us and every care is taken to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if your item has a material variation, (for example we despatch a 36A instead of a 36B or send a black item instead of a red item) we will refund or replace that item at no additional cost to yourself and refund reasonable return postage costs.
In the event of a return we would request that we are informed within 2 working days and the item returned by signed for mail within 7 working days.
We will make a full refund on receipt of returned items and inform you that this has been done.
We will accept returns on items with no material variation, for example an item does not fit. The exception to this is knickers, thongs, swimwear bottoms, stockings and tights for hygiene reasons. In the event of a return please inform ourselves within two working days of receipt and return within 7 working days by signed for mail. In this instance we are unable to refund your postage costs.
