This fabric is very carefully hand-made by my family in Vietnam, very high quality

It is very soft & light & it drapes very beautifully,

it has one shiny side & one dull side, you can do project with any side

the weight is from 145 to 160 gram for a yard, medium to heavy weight

a perfect choice to make dress, gown, clothes or any luxury thing you may have

a small percentage of lycra is added to make fabric stretch, it is now a fashion for easy fit

(fabric is one-way stretch, not pure silk, it is silk mixed with lycra, poly, & rayon)

As soon as the payment clear, the fabric will be posted within 24 hrs from UK or Vietnam & take next 5-21 days to Europe, America, Canada, Australia, etc. sometime will be longer because your customs hold the parcel to check, please check in your local post office & contact me if you not receive the fabric after 4 weeks from the day despatch to get further action. I always send a message to buyer after payment clear to state when the parcel will despatch.

Buyer has their own responsibility to pay the custom duty tax (if have). With small order you do not need to worry.

If the parcel send back to us (Vietnam or UK) buyer must pay another postage for another deliver. We can not afford to pay another postage. If you dont want the fabric any more, we happy to refund, exclude postage cost & 10% for re-stock fee

If you dont pick up the parcel within 3 weeks (some country maybe less), your post office will return the parcel to where it from. please understand it is not seller's fault.

If you are not happy with any reason, please send the fabric back to Vietnam (or UK) within 30 days in the original condition: no worn, no wash, no smell, no dirty, no damage & I will return the payment back, exclude postage cost & 10% for re-stock fee
