Since 2007 Help for Heroes have worked to raise money for heroes wounded in conflict. This year Help for Heroes is aiming to raise 20 million for a network of 7 Recovery Centres where those injured can start new lives retraining for new jobs in the forces or civilian life. Show them your support by buying and selling on eBay.

Storybook Soldiers is a scheme which provides a link between Military parents who are away from home on operations and their children.

Soldiers are recorded reading a bedtime story for their children to listen to.  Music and sound effects are then added and the finished disk is really special - a wonderful way for soldiers to be part of their child's life while they are deployed, not just at bedtime but on car journeys and at other times of the day.

Dave's Emporium has teamed up with StoryBook Soldiers and commissioned a special StoryBook Soldiers Bear to compliment this wonderful scheme.  More information on the scheme can be found at StoryBook Soldiers and Press Reports

Brand new and boxed, hand made and hand painted StoryBook Soldier Bear.  Dressed in his desert uniform.

Extremely detailed, and compliments the story recordings wonderfully for your child.  

Looks like the StoryBook Bear is reading your stories for you whilst you are away.  The front of the book is marked "StoryBook Soldiers" on one side and "Just for you" on he other.

 

Very collectible, and would make a lovely gift for anyone.
