This charm is brand new and made of Sterling Silver .925. It comes with both a sterling silver jump ring and a silver plated split ring so it can be attached to virtually any bracelet or used as a pendant on a chain.

We offer combined postage on all UK orders, so no matter how many silver charms you purchase you will only be charged £1.35 for 1st Class delivery. This charm can be attached to a bag or mobile phone using a charm loop with are also available in our store (25p) click image to purchase.

These silver charms are not mass produced so may vary very slightly from the picture above. All charms are certified Sterling Silver (.925) and the majority are hallmarked, however to maintain the aesthetics of some of the smaller pieces, designers occasionally omit the hallmark.

Shipping

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). However during busy periods dispatch can take 48 hours. The Royal Mail Delivery Times depend on the method chosen:

    Special Delivery -> Next working Day before 1 pm
    1st Class -> 1 Working Day
    1st Class ( Recorded) -> 1 Working Day
    2nd Class -> 1-3 Working Days
    Airmail -> 3 - 8 Working Days

One needs to choose Recorded mail or special delivery in order for the items to be insured, it is the onus of the customer to choose these methods if they want insurance. The same is true for international delivery please choose AirSure. We cannot be liable for lost goods, although we will try our best to claim with the Royal Mail. Items cannot be reported lost to Royal Mail until 14 days have passed.
Our £2.25 international postage offer only covers up to 15 charms. Each additional 15 charms will cost £2.25.

Returns and Terms and Conditions

All our items come with a 7 Day no Quibble Returns policy, if you are unhappy with your items for whatever reason we will offer a full refund or replacement within this period. You need to contact us within this period to organise the replacement/refund.
