Postage

• FREE insured domestic shipping and handling on fixed price items in our eBay Shop.
• Shipping and handling charges on auction format items, including those with "Buy it Now", "Second Chance Offer" and "Best Offer" are detailed on the listing.
• Goods are usually despatched the same day and always within two working days of receiving cleared funds.
• If you need it faster please ask and I will try to oblige.
  Our default carrier is Royal Mail: we will use a signed for or tracked service with appropriate insurance.
• Combined Postage Discount:
  If you purchase more than one item or lot from me I will be happy to combine postage.  If you wish to do this please request a total and I will send you a combined invoice detailing any postage discount that may be applicable.  I will post in one parcel and just charge for that (if postal charges are applicable at all - items with free shipping and handling are unaffected).  If you have already paid and then wish to purchase another item, please let me know and I will still combine postage if the first item has not been despatched yet - I will then refund any overpayment back to your account and issue the correct invoice.

Payment

• We accept PayPal, Sterling postal orders and BACS for UK transactions.
• Without prior arrangement we can only accept PayPal for international transactions.
• Items can also be collected in person at no extra charge and can then be paid by credit card or in cash.

Returns Policy

• We offer a cooling off period on all sales; 14 days for fixed price and 7 days for auction format sales.
• Please see our Terms and Conditions, paragraph 7, in our Store Pages for full details.

VAT, Taxes and Customs

• Auction and fixed price formats are inclusive of VAT at the relevant rate and where applicable.
• Goods for export outside of the EU are zero-rated for VAT.
• We will not add any other charges or levies, but, buyers should be aware of any import duties that they may have to pay.
• Goods for export will be issued with a CN22 or CN23 where applicable.  Please note that the total on the customs declaration will be the total paid for the item.  We are unable to reduce this figure as this also reduces the level of insurance that we are able to offer.
