A beautiful handcrafted 925 silver locket, featuring striking inset marcasite stones and a beautifully cut Cubic Zirconia. An extremely sophisticated and elegant piece of jewellery featuring remarkably detailed workmanship.

The locket does NOT come with a silver chain. If you require a chain with your locket please purchase from our listing inclusive of chain.

This is a fine piece, hand made in Thailand.

First class "diamond" cut facets ; exceptionally generous amount of hallmarked 925 silver used - making this a very strong piece.

A really beautiful piece of marcasite jewellery. Admired by everyone who has seen it!!

Marcasite is a metallic pale yellow / brass colour mineral and is traditionally set in Sterling (925) Silver creating beautiful, classic jewellery. Cleopatra was known for wearing Marcasite and believed it helped preserve her beauty.Queen Victoria wore Marcasite rather than diamonds for over forty years.Marie Antoinette also showed a strong preference for Marcasite. Marcasite has again risen in popularity in recent years due to its` endearing beauty and stunning value for money.
