Sterling Silver Crossed Swords Crown Brooch Badge 1998

Description

A lovely sterling silver brooch of crossed swords topped with a crown - I am unsure as to the significance of this motif - possibly commemoration. Fastens with a secure rollover safety clasp.

Markings: Fully hallmarked as sterling silver assayed in Birmingham in 1998 - makers mark of C Ld.

Condition: Light signs of wear but otherwise perfect.

Measurements: Sword length is 1 1/2" or 3.8cms. Weight is 10g.
