Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon-Sat). However during busy periods dispatch can take 48 hours. The Royal Mail Delivery Times depend on the method chosen:
Special Delivery -> Next working Day before 1 pm
1st Class -> 1 Working Day
1st Class ( Recorded) -> 1 Working Day
2nd Class -> 1-3 Working Days
Airmail -> 3 - 8 Working Days
One needs to choose Recorded mail or special delivery in order for the items to be insured, it is the onus of the customer to choose these methods if they want insurance. The same is true for international delivery please choose AirSure. We cannot be liable for lost goods, although we will try our best to claim with the Royal Mail. Items cannot be reported lost to Royal Mail until 14 days have passed.
Our £2.25 international postage offer only covers up to 15 charms. Each additional 15 charms will cost £2.25.
