Stereoview "Columbus' Flagship 'Santa Maria" 1893

Fresh from 1893's Columbus Naval Parade in New York Harbor we have this souvenir stereocard of the Santa Maria.

Now, whether this is the Santa Maria or not we are doubtful however we can be sure that this is a picture of an older style sailing boat perhaps styled on the original famous vessel.

The card itself was produced by Underwood of New York and survives in excellent condition with the original text on the back in 6 different languages!
