Pitres is also 10 mins by car to the award winning village of Pampaneira and it  is just under an  hour from the beautiful coastal town of Salobrena.

The main bedroom has numerous fitted wardrobes, cupboards, draws, 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, under bed storage, two mirrors  and a wooden floor.  It has spotlights on the ceiling.

The  2nd bedroom has 2 free standing beds, wardrobe, cupboards, shelf with mirror above and is carpeted.

 Both bedrooms have electric heaters and under wardrobe space heaters.

The bathroom has a toilet, large shower, sink with cupboards under and above with mirror, a heated towel rail and blinds to the window.

There is also a large storage and boiler cupboard in the hallway.

The kitchen is fully fitted in cream units with pine worktops.  It has a full size cooker, sink, fridge plenty of cupboards, an extractor fan, ceiling spotlights, separate dining table and 4 chairs, a wooden floor and blinds to the window.

The lounge has a beautiful corner suite, gas fire with large fire surround and built in mantel above with mirror and lights.  There is a corner glass display cabinet with a large cupboard underneath with an extra TV aerial.  There is also separate TV unit and this lovely open plan room also has a wooden floor.

All the curtains and light fittings are included throughout and the home is double glazed.

Outside there is landscaped garden with circular stone steps leading up to the front door, large paved terrace with two gates leading into the  property with a parking space.  There is also a wooden shed with electricity and a washing machine, plumbed in and working, and a fridge freezer.

There is a rotary clothes line, electric lighting in the garden, established plants and trees, including peach and pomegranate and a garden sink in brickwork with a green ceramic bowl.

There is also storage space under the home with double doors.

It is ideal for living  in permanently as I have for over 3 years or using as a holiday home (renting out commands over 500 euros a week in high  season).

It is a  "walker's paradise", being situated in the "Parque Nacional" with wildlife and butterflies galore.  The view is to die for both from the  terrace and the big bay window of the mobile home itself.  The garden faces south with the sun all day.  There is also a local stone wall down to the next level costing approximately 8,000 euros to build, making this home a real bargain at 20,000 euros (with sensible offers considered).  There is free English Sky TV andfree WIFI internet access.

Rent is 265 euros per month (3,180 per year) receiving 5% discount if paid for 8 months at a time.

Electricity is metered at 30 cents a unit, and it is 29 euros per month for rubbish collection and water (you can use as much water as you want it is not restricted and it is safe to drink).
