Albatera is a town and municipality located in the comarca of Vega Baja del Segura, in the province of Alicante, part of the Valencian Community, Spain. Albatera is a small inland town famed for it’s fiestas and parades. It is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the main A7 Motorway between Murcia (and the south) and Valencia (and the north), and only a 25-30 minute drive to the beaches of the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport is only 25 minutes away. Murcia airport is just under 45 minutes away.

Within 10 minutes of Albatera are the towns of Algorfa (and the La Finca golf course), Catral with it’s large ex-pat community and bars / restaurants, Los Montesinos and Benijofar / Quesada with its lively nightlife.
