HELPFUL INFORMATION

COMBINED POST:

So many of you have requested an automated combined checkout - so I've set one up for you!  Now when you buy more that one item, you'll pay the highest single listed post fee and then receive an AUTOMATIC DISCOUNT on all other items so there's NO NEED TO WAIT for an invoice - you can pay straight away with less hassle. Here's a guide for you:

* Additional small item (minimates/beanies/Star Wars figures/mugs etc) = + £0.75p each

* Additional medium item (standard 7" carded figure/mini bust/beanie buddy etc) = + £1.25 each

* Additional large item (12" figure/Box set/mini & midi statues etc) = + £2.50 each

* Additional extra large item (18" figure/large or heavy statues etc) = + £3.50 each

Remember, a lot of my auctions are FREE POST! Even on a combined invoice there is no post charge for any of these Free Post items!

WHAT YOUR POST FEES INCLUDE:

Your post fees include all handling and processing, all packaging materials, Royal Mail post INCLUDING FULL INSURANCE. There are NO HIDDEN FEES! You get the highest quality service that I can offer.

DISPATCH TIME:

I try to post all purchases within 2 working days of payment clearance. If there's ever a delay there will be a very good reason so please be patient.

HOW TO PAY:

PAYPAL is the QUICKEST AND SAFEST method of payment and offers a better service for both buyer and seller. It's quick and easy to set up a Paypal account and I am happy to help if you need advice.

If you prefer to make a postal payment please send a postal order or banker's draft - your parcel will be posted ass soon as your payment clears.

Personal cheques are NOT recommended as they take 15 WORKING DAYS (standard) to fully clear! I CANNOT post until the cheque has cleared.

E-cheques are a Paypal payment method which takes up to 14 working days to clear. Items CANNOT be dispatched until Paypal confirm that the payment is finalised.
