Payment methods: We happily accept the following payment methods:

PayPal. We prefer PayPal. We do not pass on PayPal fees to customers. 

• Cheques or Postal Orders. Sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank account or UK postal orders.
• Cash on collection. We accept cash on collection within 7 days of the auction ending.
• Banker's drafts. We accept banker's drafts drawn on a UK bank account.

We do not accept any forms of payment other than those above. In particular, we do not accept:

•  Money transfers of any kind.
• Credit cards. Please use your credit card to fund a PayPal account and pay using that method.
• International money orders

DVD Purchases: All dvds unless otherwise stated, are region two.  This means that the dvd is playable in the UK or Europe unless you have a multi region machine.

All our cds dvds audio books and games are originals. We do NOT sell copies or cheap imports.

Feedback: Positive feedback is automatically left on payment of item. We value our feedback and would appreciate a positive when you receive your goods.

Returns: In the unlikely event there is a problem with your item we are always happy to investigate and resolve issues. We are polite and cooperative and we ask that our customers treat us in the same way. Please return items to us within 14 days of purchase.

Postage: We post at 9am everyday. We use Royal Mail and always obtain proof of postage.
