PAYMENTS

Payment is required within seven days of the end of auction. Buyers will be contacted after the auction with payment details. Please wait until you receive an invoice from me before paying. Don't rely on eBay's winning bidder/buyer notice, or checkout, to show the correct shipping cost.

United Kingdom buyers can pay by the following methods: PayPal, Personal Cheque (allow seven working days to clear), Postal Order. CHEQUES & POSTAL ORDERS PAYABLE TO - COLIN MERRY)
International buyers can pay by PAYPAL ONLY.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PAYPAL PAYMENTS - All purchases totalling more than £30.00 GBP must be sent using a trackable method according to PayPal's seller protection rules. The cost of this will be included with the invoice.

SHIPPING

Costs are variable (see individual item details). I usually ship within 3 days of clearance of payment. Buyers who have any item returned to me as "undelivered" by any postal service are liable to pay all subsequent re-shipping costs. United Kingdom deliveries are all shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. International deliveries up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail. International deliveries weighing over 2kg can be very expensive and may be arranged via Parcel2Go who ship with multiple carriers.

INSURANCE

For United Kingdom deliveries insurance is included for all items at the following levels: Recorded Delivery insures up to a maximum of £36.00. Special Delivery insures up to a maximum £500.00.
International Insurance is available to most countries. Any package sent by regular "Royal Mail Airmail" without insurance is shipped entirely at the buyers risk. For small packages weighing up to 2kg sent by "Royal Mail International Signed-for" or "Royal Mail Airsure", or packages weighing over 2kg, insurance is included up to a maximum of £250.00 GBP. Higher rates may be available. Insurance may not be available to some countries. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit but will assist with any claim necessary by providing copies of postal receipts.
The insured value of any package will not exceed the final price of item(s) in GPB. Shipping/handling fees are not included in the insured value.

FEES

Taxes are not charged on any of my auctions. Any customs charges for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Shipping & handling fees include; shipping charges, packing materials, and handling. Please do not ask me to break the law by declaring lower values for customs purposes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are sold as-is. Returns are accepted within seven days of receipt only if the item is incorrectly described. Please advise me by email before returning any item. Buyer pays for return shipping. Original shipping/handling costs are not refundable. I try to provide thorough and accurate descriptions of my items. If you have any questions, please email me before placing your bid. I pack and ship all my items with great care, however, I encourage shipping insurance to protect against potential loss or damage.
