I have been using the treadmill in a private personal training studio, so it has been well looked after and hasn't had excessive use. There is large main display with easy to use controls and an aluminium frame around the front part of the treadmill with heart rate hand sensors and an emergency stop button. There are another 2 stop buttons on the main display along with 3 pre-set programs and 1 interval program. The treadmill will go up to 15% incline and up to 10mph, you can have the speed and distance measuring in mph or kmph. The display shows speed, distance and calories as well as heart rate, it also has 2 water bottle holders. There are simple + and - buttons to increase and decrease speed and incline. It plugs into a normal wall socket and has a on/ off switch on the treadmill it's self.

The aluminium frame and display does come off to help with transport, although I haven't ever done this, it does comes with small wheels on the front making it easier to roll about!

I have a re-wax kit for the belt, but I'll be honest and say I have 'mis-placed' the instruction booklet! I am frantically trying to find the booklet but really need to get rid of the treadmill due to storage problems!

Collection needs to be from Sunningdale, Berkshire, and you will need either a low loading van or at least 2 or 3 strong pairs of hands to lift it!
