ALL OUR VHS TAPES ARE PAL FORMAT AND DVDS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH REGION 2 UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

YOU MAY NEED A MULTI-REGION PLAYER OUTSIDE OF EUROPE.

All goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS, BANK HOLIDAYS)

We cannot accept responsibility for errors made when ordering.

In the event of an ORDER CANCELLATION OR A BUYER'S MISTAKE, a refund of the cost of an item and the postage (if the order has NOT been dispatched yet) will be initiated. A faulty item must be returned (by recorded delivery) and checked by us within 5 days of receipt.
