We follow standard grading guidelines.  Here is more detail:

     New:  Brand new, unused item in perfect condition.

     Like New:  An unused item that may show minor wear.

     Very Good:  An item that has been used and may show signs of minor wear, but overall remains in excellent condition.

     Good:  A standard used DVD in good condition.  Original case and artwork are included.
