Two mounted mint stamps issued by Djibouti in 1980 to commemorate the establishment of the Chess Federation of Djibouti, members of F.I.D.E. but have yet to compete in an Olympiad. The stamps show F. Samisch and P. A. Romanovsky also a woodcut from the Frontispiece of Frate Jacopa da Cessole Libro di Giuocho de Scacchi, Florence 1493.
