Combined Postage & Charges - Once you have purchased all your items, please request an invoice so we can combine postage costs. Our postal charges are broken down into three sections: postage paid, packaging and vat. Maximum Cost for UK Delivery (Excluding Northern Ireland) is £9.99.

Payment - The quickest and easiest method of payment is Paypal, we also except postal orders, cheques, credit/debit cards(no America Express) or cash on collection. If paying by Paypal please be aware that an e-cheque is not an instant payment, and normally takes 4-5 working days to clear. Payments sent through the post must include order conformation , if this is not the case it may result in a delay for despatch. Payments must be made within 14 days of purchase, or an unpaid dispute will be raised. International buyers Paypal only.

Despatch - 90% of our parcels are despatched within 1 working day of purchase, but please allow for 2 working days at certain time's of the year. Goods will be despatched upon cleared payment. No items are despatched at weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery - We mainly use Royal mail for delivery, but also use carriers for larger items. Uk post can be sent 1st class (1-3 working days) or 2nd class (2-5 working days). Overseas post can be sent by airmail small packets which can take up to 28 days, but normally delivered within 14 days in Europe, or surface mail which takes up to 56 days. Overseas parcels have a weight limit of 2kg, if your order does exceed this limit, your items will be despatched over two or more parcels. If you require a different service which might not be listed, such as signed for and recorded etc, please contact us for price and availability.

Lost Post - On the rare occasion post will get lost, for Uk lost post please allow 15 working days from despatch before contacting us, you will then be offered a full refund or replacement. Overseas lost post can only be claimed, when airmail parcels are undelivered within 28 days, and surface mail undelivered within 56 days. As proof of posting is kept, all lost post will be claimed from royal mail which they may contact you regarding the claim.

Returns - This item can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full refunds plus return postage will only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty, in other cases a full refund will be issued but not on the return postage, this is why we recommend you request samples before purchase. No Refund will be given on items clearly used or cut into.
