Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are not satisified with your purhcase, you can return the goods to us within 30 days from the date you received them. The items have to be in their original packaging, un-opened and in the same condition as you received them. We will only accept an "opened" package if it is faulty. We will then issue a full refund if these actions have been followed.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund more efficently:
1. Please contact us as soon as possible with a reson why the item is being returned.
2. Please quote any reference numbers and dates of when you received them.
3. In case of any damaged items, faults or missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible with a description.
4. Please wrap all items securely in its original packaging when returning items.
5. The cost of returning any items is paid for by the customer if not faulty.

For security reasons we recommend that all returned parcels are sent by recorded delivery.
Once the parcel is received in good condition a refund will then be issued.
