This auction is for Stage one Full Engine and Gearbox aesthetics package for all vw engines

Cleaning process

• Engine and external components have been cleaned thoroughly.
• Sand blasting then was used to clean some of the external components to remove any corrosion from them.

Paint application.

Engine can be painted in different various colours, please contact for details

• Quadruple layer of engine lacquer on the engine block.
• Quadruple layer of engine lacquer on the engine sump
• Ultra High Temperature paint on the head.
• Cam cover painted with Ultra High Temperature paint.
• Oil intercooler painted with High Temperature paint or polished.
• Most of the external bolts are replaced
• Engines mounts painted with matt black engine paint.
• Gearbox painted in High Temperature paint.
• Starter motor painted with matt engine paint.
• All brackets painted with High Temperature paint.
• All water metal water pipes painted with High Temperature paint.
• Alternator is painted or semi polished.

Optional extras

Polishing

• Inlet manifold polished. Extra ₤45
• Cam cover polished. Extra ₤25
• Throttle body polished Extra ₤10

The engine must be either sent to us or booked in for the removal and refitting of the engine.
