Center vignette of two cows watching train cross viaduct, bottom long vignette with passenger train, station, another engine, river with steamboat in background, etc. Issued and cancelled with two holes. 11 by 6 ½ inches (280 mm x 168 mm). Incorporated in Illinois and Indiana. Lith of Henry Seibert & Bros. Fulton St., N.Y. Catalogs $20 in Standard Catalog of Stocks and Bonds by Rainer Stahlberg. Guaranteed forever to be original, genuine certificate. In U. S. postage is $1.75. Insurance is $1.75 up to $50, $2.25 to $100, $2.75 to $200, $4.70 to $300, $5.70 to $500.
