This room offers guests a sink with hot and cold running water/shaving point/complimentary 
hairdryer/beverage making facilities...The Crow's Nest also boasts having a flat screen tv with a 
built in dvd player so guests can take advantage of the choice of dvd movies we have on offer free
of charge.

This room is offered to you on a Private shower room and toilet basis situated along the landing close
to your room.

For our guests safety we have the latest up to date Fire Safety alarm system and safety features 
that are now required by law...We are one of the first in St Ives to have done this for the safety
of guests which we feel is very important and sure is a priority to people when considering where 
to stay and we are proud to offer this service to our guests knowing that it is not offered in some
establishments.
 
Price includes a choice of cooked breakfasts for you.
 
People requiring a vegetarian breakfast please note all that is on the menu can be offered as a 
vegetarian option as we always have vegetarian bacon and sausage available...If there is anything 
else that you may fancy please feel free to ask.
 
If you wanted just a room rate and no breakfast at all £3.50 will be deducted from bed and 
breakfast price...Please advise on booking.
 
An Iron and Ironing board are always available on request.
 
We are in a great location within St Ives and are only 2 to 5 minutes stroll to the harbour, 
Train/bus station and all amenities and beach.

The big bonus when staying with us is the free on site parking that we offer you and there is 1 space left for you at the 
moment but must always be booked with us as parking is limited and not a guaranteed part of your booking.
This service can not be offered by a lot of establishments in St Ives so consider this when comparing our 
prices with others as we feel having the luxury of your car parked on your doorstep during your stay in St 
Ives contributes to a good deal and takes away the stress and hassle of queuing especially in high season trying to find a 
parking space every time you return from a trip out.
