Returns for refund

We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase however we do realise that sometimes you may need to return the goods to us. Please contact us and we will be able to accept your return and offer a refund.

The item must be unused, in the original packaging (including box, shrink wrap on the club head/grip if supplied) and returned to us within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full purchase price refund (refund excludes postage/shipping/insurance).

The returns policy does not apply to used clubs or custom/special orders 

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used are not returnable!

Returns Instructions

Please include a copy of your original EBay Sales Invoice and returns reference, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely in their original packaging, and that you use a signed for service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the equipment to return the goods. We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier, such as Royal Mail for smaller items or Parcelforce for larger items.

Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

If you have received the wrong goods?

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if you think that you have received the wrong goods, please do not use the goods! We will make every effort to resolve things in the most convenient way possible, and at no further cost to yourself.
