Payment terms:

• Card payment over the phone, see below.

When the auction closes, you will be notified via email with the payment information and contact numbers. Please complete the payment transaction within 48 hours of the end of the auction.  

Delivery terms:

Items will be delivered within 2-4 working days after full payment is cleared and full contact details are received. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date this is Monday to Friday only.

Please ensure to provide full contact details including Telephone number, your items cannot be processed for delivery without this information.

Postage and packaging: Please note, that delivery charges are to UK Mainland only.  Please, contact us about prices to Ireland (northern and southern) Isles or Highlands.

Return policy:

We give you 1year Parts warranty  0n all of our products!

The warranty is valid in case of the damage of manufacturing (damage not arised from the incorrect using or  care of the product).

Returns are accepted. If goods are damaged or faulty and we are informed within 7 days of receipt. All goods that are returned must be in original packaging.  The items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when delivered.

If on delivery the goods or packaging look damaged please sign the delivery paper work as such. Please, inspect the goods as soon as possible and contact us with in 24 hours if any problems. In the unlikely event of your item being received damaged N.N.G Retail runs the following policy: A picture must be emailed to us showing the area/s of damage. As soon as we have received the picture we will take action to replace the item or rectify the problem.

If you decide that you do not like the items thay may be returned but all postage charges will have to be paid. Item must be returned in original unopened condition, failer will result in no refund being given.
