Kit comes as undecorated flat-pack.  Furniture, figures, decoration & lighting are available seperately and are not included with the kit.

House has 6 rooms on three floors and the basement gives a further 2 rooms.

House measures approx (HWD) 720mm * 670mm * 428mm when built

Basement measures 222mm * 670mm * 658mm when built.

Comes with full building instructions.  All windows and doors are pre-assembled.  Window glass has printed 'leading'. Opening roof.

Recommended for children over 14 and adult collectors - not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts.

Free postage by 3-4 working day delivery by courier is offered to mainland UK.  If you require next day delivery, Saturday delivery or non-mainland delivery please ask for a quote before purchase.
