Payment -

UK Customers - Paypal, Postal Order & Personal Cheque (please allow 7 days for cheques to clear)

International Customers - Paypal (GB£ Sterling only)

Postage & Packing -

My charges are made up of three components - the postage cost, the packing materials and a small handling fee

I usually use new packaging for most items, but will use recycled materials where suitable and available

In the unlikely event of an item being lost in the post I will ALWAYS rectify the situation & claim from the Post Office. Please note that an item is not deemed lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed (25 for international postage)

If your item has been damaged in transit please keep all packaging, a claim cannot be entertained without this

Proof of postage is obtained for every item sent and every item is covered by insurance up to £34.00. If your item is more valuable please ask for extra insurance which can be offered for an extra charge

Shipping -

I always aim to ship items within 1 working day of payment clearing

All items are shipped from UK only

Feedback -

If you have a problem with your purchase, please do not just leave negative or neutral feedback, let me know your problem & I will try to resolve the issue

Due to the quantities of items I sell, feedback for buyers is always left automatically on receipt of your feedback

Returns -

I do accept returns within 10 days of receipt and will refund the total cost of the item if there is a fault

Items must be returned at your own cost and proof of postage must be obtained

All non-fault items MUST be returned in their original UNUSED condition and in original packaging. If the item is deemed to be used I reserve the right to refuse a refund

All items are inspected closely before shipping
