Decorated with items from the original Spode Christmas Tree. Produced from a durable imperialware body which is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
All retained in a stout, red cardboard 'Celebrating Traditions' festive box.
These items have never been used since they were purchased - in fact the only time that they have been out of the box is before this listing to ensure that they are in pristine condition - and they are in beautiful condition. All the required markings are on the bottom of the mugs, as are the original 'inspection' stickers (as they should be!). The box itself is showing a little 'wear' - it has been buried with a lot of other boxes for a while, but it is nothing serious - just slight scuffing. This is the last set that I have (both rooms now cleared out).
Purchased but never used and now taking up space. This set needs to be in the hands of somebody who will appreciate them, rather than buried with lots of other stuff in boxes here - so looking for a new home.
Coming from a non-smoking house, with no pets. Unfortunately, this set is a little on the heavy side (over 1kg!) so the shipping/P&P will not be cheap, but I will allow the winning bidder to decide on the level of postage service they require. However, the only stipulation is that they have to go 'recorded' - no untracked postage will be entertained. They will also be up for collection as well, so if anybody wants to save a few more pennies, it is not a problem. Postage in the auction will be for 1st Class Recorded (estimate) - however, any cost above the actual cost of shipping will be refunded to the buyer after the items have been sent. There will be no money made on shipping costs. Pick-up/collection can be from either the NN11 postcode (Daventry, Northampton, Rugby, Coventry, etc) or the B67 postcode (Birmingham, etc). However, a collection from Birmingham will require a little more time to organise. If a collection is chosen, payment with money during the pick-up will result in a 5% discount on the final amount. Payment by any other means will result in the full amount needing to be paid.
