Returns
If you are not happy with your item and need to return the item(You must have prior authorization from crazee deals before shipping back)
Please mail the item back in the same condition the item was received.

If an Item arrived broken, all items shipped had the optional or required Insurance. If an item is lost or damage, a claim needs to be made through USPS. we will help in assisting with any documentation needed.Email Us
If no insurance was taken, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items .The Insurance amount for USPS is a small amount to pay for piece of mind.
Colors & Sizes
If an item states in the listing that the colors sent are based on what is in stock and/or assorted, then we will not guarantee that the colors you desire will be sent.
If an item has a choice of colors and/or sizes, then COLOR CHOICE or SIZE Must be requested first prior to bidding.

We do combine shipping on most items, however not all items can be combined.
Please note: Combined shipping is a discounted shipping rate based on the additional weight added per item.

Canadian/Worldwide Shipments
Include a handling fee, since there are custom forms that need to be properly completed.
Delivery Confirmation is not available on Canadian/Worldwide shipments.
However we will email you the Customs Declaration #.
Crazeedeals is not responsible for delays through customs.
Most items arrive within 2 - 3 weeks (or less), but some can take longer.
You must be patient, because claims cannot be filed until the package is missing for 31 days.
Ebay does allow SHIPPING fees to include a handling charge.
This is all inclusive & covers shipping expenses such as gas to post office, envelopes, shipping labels, packaging material, promotional materials, delivery confirmation fees, etc.
