About Us

We specialise in classic British television programmes & films. From period drama to cult classics, nostalgia to contemporary and newly released to discontinued titles. All our dvds are genuine UK region 2 releases and sourced within the UK. All dvds are new and unwatched. They are supplied as we receive them from our suppliers. Not all dvds are cellophane wrapped. We do not sell copies, imports or any illegal discs. For customers outside of the UK please read our DVD region guide as we do not accept returned dvds due to incompatability of equipment.

We always send confirmation emails concerning payments, shipment of goods, unforseen delays & returned items. Payment

We accept payment by Paypal ONLY. Immediate payment required. We do not accept any other form of payment. All sale prices include VAT. Our offices are open Monday - Friday. Any payments or orders received by us over the weekend will be processed on the next working day, Monday, unless it is a public holiday.

Shipping

We aim to ship all products within 5 days of purchase. We always inform of unforseen delays. We use Royal Mail's 1st class service for UK shipping and 1st Class airmail for overseas shipping.

Postal charges include shipping costs, packaging and handling. We take great care in the handling of each order using the correct packaging and labelling to ensure a safe, secure & efficient shipment.

We do not offer postal discount as shipping charges are already subsidised.

DVD Region Guide

DVD region codes are a provision in the DVD specifications that require DVD players to be hardcoded to accept DVDs that are only meant to be played within 6 designated world regions. Originally imposed by the film studios to stagger the theatrical release of their movies worldwide in order to protect exclusive markets. We only sell region 2 dvds which covers the UK and Western Europe. Please ensure that your equipment is capable of playing region 2 PAL DVDs as we do not accept returns due to incompatability reasons.

Region 1: -  US, Canada, US Territories
Region 2: -  UK / Europe, Japan, South Africa & Middle East (including Egypt)
Region 3: -  Southeast & East Asia (including Hong Kong)
Region 4: -  Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Central America, Mexico, South America & the Caribbean
Region 5: -  Eastern Europe (former Soviet Union), India Subcontinent, Africa, North Korea & Mongolia
Region 6: -  People's Republic of China
Region 0: -  Region Free (can be played on any DVD player)

Returns

We accept unwanted or faulty items subject to the following terms. We are unable to refund or exchange on opened items unless it is faulty or in the unlikelyhood of error on our part. You must obtain authorisation from us at ebay@ukdvdsonline.com before returning any item. Postage will be paid on returned items found to be faulty, damaged or sent in error on our part. Please pack any returned items securely and a short note of explanation together with your name, address and Ebay ID. We recommend using a postal tracking service when returning items to us as we cannot be held liable for non receipt of goods

Unwanted Items - You may return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund less postage costs. We can only accept items that are unopened and in a saleable condition.

Faulty / Damaged Items: -  We will happily replace or refund any faulty or damaged item. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please advise us of exact fault and where located in order for us to process your return quickly. A replacement will be sent out upon receiving the faulty / damaged item. Please check DVD / CD on a second player with its relevant manual carefully before returning it to us. We test all items claimed to be faulty. If no fault can be replicated then the item will be returned to the customer who will be liable for postage costs. We will not refund postage on items found to be in good working order.

Lost / Missing Items: -  Before enquiring after non receipt of goods please be aware of delivery estimations as follows: 3 - 5 working days (UK), 5 - 7 working days (Europe) and 7 - 10 working days (Rest of the World)
If you have not received your order within 15 days (UK) or 25 days (outside of UK) then please contact us at ebay@ukdvdsonline.com

All loses will be treated seriously and investigated thoroughly. We will initiate an investigation with the Royal Mail. If an item is not traced then a replacement will be despatched and a signature required. If a replacement is unavailable a refund will be provided. We reserve the right not to replace or refund where the customer delivery details are found to be incorrect or incomplete.
