Quoted by a local excavator, around 1000 euros to excavate the land to the ideas I had, but each individual will have different thoughts. Part of the bottom plot is relatively flat and has a base there already for one home. The top plot needs more excavation to flatten it out. It looks like a lot of work, but after numerous quotes and speaking with local estate agents, most plots in Spain are ten times worse, and people still build homes on them.
Whichever option you choose, the setting and area is just unbelievable. With prices for 40m2 properties commanding 275,000 euros, this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Selling due to moving back to the UK for business and family reasons, therefore selling at a very low price as money is needed for our new home.
