If you are not happy with the goods ordered you have a right to cancel the order.
Cancellations must be given in writing or by email within fourteen calendar days from the day after that on which you received the goods.
Where a contract is cancelled, you must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and return them, at your cost.
In the case of faulty goods I will replace or refund the goods if returned to me within 30 days.
Amounts refunded will be credited back to the purchaser’s credit/debit card or by cheque, depending on the original method of payment.
In either case, please enclose a covering note with details of your reason for return, and what you would like me to do about it. Please also include your telephone number, order number and details of your original method of payment. |
