The Product

This stylish and modern glass keepsake dinky frameis inscribed with the following message

It measures 17x41x62mm. It also comes in a classy gift box which compliments the stylish look of the product and gives it the finishing touch.

The Service

These minature tokens will be sent via First Class (UK) to ensure a quick turnaround. We will also take care to wrap them in a presentable way so that they arrive looking as good as they left. If you want to we can add a personal message in with the package if you want to send it by E-mail or on a Word/Word Pad attachment.

Returns

Refunds/Exchanges will be given within 14 days of date of dispatch under the following circumstances : 1 The product is in PRISTINE boxed conditon and not used. 2 The product has developed a fault due to deffective manufacturing and is not due to misuse or neglect. 3 Purchaser must notify me by E-mail within 28 days of dispatch E-mail being sent to you (I always keep proof of this E-mail being sent). All of the above will require the purchaser to return the item at their expense! Refund will be given less the original postage costs.

Postage

I generally post out daily and you will receive a confirmation E-mail to let you know when your goods have been dispatched. Most goods will be received within 1 - 2 days of dispatch E-mail being sent. From time to time it will be neccessary to use Standard Parcels due to weight/cost restrictions however this will be notified on the auction prior to purchase. Generally the Royal Mail deliver 99% of mail on time, however there are occasions when post is delayed. The Royal Mail only class a package as missing 15 working days after the date of dispatch. I always obtain a postage receipt so if you require proof of posting I will be happy to oblige and sent a copy by E-mail

I always leave Positive feedback for people who pay! Please note that if you do not pay for what ever reason I will always post a "Non Paying Bidder" alert and also give negative feedback. Due to an increase in "accidental" or "bidding for more than one item" , provided they are notified within 24hrs of bid I will only post a "Non Paying Bidder" alert and not negative feedback. This enables me to recoupe my Ebay fees I would otherwise have to lose.
