Why this print is so collectable

Space Chopper brings together two icons of 70's Culture by juxtaposing a chopper bicycle and a storm trooper from Star Wars. This print is a beautiful etching hand printed by the artist. The edition number of 177 relates to the release of the first film 'Star Wars' in 1977. Trafford Parsons loves to take inspiration from popular culture. Be it 1970's icons in his Storm Trooper etchings, or Sci Fi monsters attacking London landmarks in his Gaia series of screen prints. He prints all of his limited editions by hand making each work individual. Trafford is more than just a visual artist. He is an internationally known funk DJ, but has put his music on the back burner to pursue the visual arts. He has also worked as a dancer and has been involved in community art projects around his home town of Manchester.

This spectacular, mint condition print on high quality paper is truly stunning and we want to make sure you receive it that way. Your print is carefully hand-rolled, wrapped in protective paper and placed in a rigid postal tube to provide maximum protection.
