(ДНД) - a voluntary national team.
The first voluntary national teams have been generated in 1958. Usually combatants on some persons bypassed streets of the Soviet cities and kept order. They had wide enough rights, in particular had the right to detain the person and to deliver it in police station. Thus some persons without problems coped with small hooligans, drunkards etc. After disintegration of Soviet Union movement of combatants has practically disappeared.
