With a general map of South Australia and a close-up of the southern section.

Measures just slightly less than A4 - 22x27cm in total.

This map is an old book plate which has been taken from a defunct copy of the 1887 edition of the Encylopaedia Britannica Dictionary of Arts, Sciences and General Literature, ninth edition, volume XXII. As such, it has one rough edge where it has been removed (see image).

Otherwise in very good condition, apart from slight yellowing.
