It includes Full legal copy Office 2007 and also has the backup Vista original for restore. Has Executive Sony leather cover case. It only has small scratches on the battery. This is the widescreen version: 1600x900. Sprint WAN modem built in. This one has it all. Comes in original box.

This laptop runs very fast under Windows 7.  It only takes about 20 seconds boot up to get to Windows.
