VPL-EX5 is an affordable entry level projector featuring 2000 Lumen brightness, XGA resolution, 3LCD technology with BrightEra panels . Ideal for education, government, corporate, house of worship and hospitality applications. The VPL-EX5 projector accepts a wide variety of input signals from standard definition to high definition including composite video, S-Video and analog RGB/component via the HD D-sub 15-pin. No need to turn out the lights! The VPL-EX5 delivers 2000 lumens, bright enough to be clearly seen in normal room lighting. Listeners can take notes and follow along with handouts.
Password protection helps prevent unauthorized usage. The control panels can be locked to help prevent inadvertent or unauthorized adjustments. And there's even a security bar to allow connection to an optional security cable such as anti-theft chain or wire. Approx. 4 seconds after the power is applied, the projector is ready to display PC or video images. And, the low fan noise allows the audience to concentrate on the speaker during presentations. Simply turn off the projector, unplug the power cord and GO! At last, no more waiting for the fan to turn off.
