Sony VO-5600 U-Matic Professional Video Recorder

 
Recorder powers on, and you can hear the fan come on for a second. The fan turns off after. It does this every time it is turned on. The lights remain on. Not sure of the problem, maybe the fan needs replaced, but may be an easy fix for someone knowledgeable in this field. The exterior has some minor scuffs. This is being sold as is.
